WB Sssembly Election results 2021 MHA asked bengal govt to report post election violance targating oponants.

The News Cover: Since the results of the state assembly were released on Sunday, there have been reports of attacks on the opposition in various places across the state. The BJP alleges that five members of its party have been killed in the last 24 hours. Besides, an ISF in Deganga and a TMC supporter in Khanakul were killed. There have also been reports of vandalism of opposition houses and shops in many parts of the state. The Union Home Ministry sent a report to the state.

A spokesman for the home ministry said in a tweet: "Opposition is being targeted in post-election violence. The Home Ministry has called for a report from the West Bengal government.

However, at a press conference today, state BJP president Dilip Ghosh was complained, after realeased the vote result, our 5 workers of the party were killed within 24 hours. Thousands of workers are homeless. They have been kept in different places. Several thousand houses have been vandalized.

Dilip Ghosh, Shamik Bhattacharya and Rajiv Bandyopadhyay met the Governor at Raj Bhavan today to complain about the attack on BJP workers in the state. 

The governor, Jagdeep Dhankhar, expressed concern. "I am concerned about the way violence is happening in different parts of the state," Dhankhar wrote in a tweet on Monday. Party offices, houses and shops are being vandalized. The situation is worrying. I am talking to the state government to take immediate action.
