On Friday, 585 new cases of infection were confirmed, while 21 patients died. 717 patients were discharged after treatment. The number of patients recovering with decreasing cases is increasing. According to the Delhi Health Department, the total number of infected have now increased to 6,25,954. Of these, 6,10,039 patients have been cured, while a total of 10557 people have died. Of these, 2072 patients are admitted in hospitals. 61 patients are being treated at Covid Care Center and 24 at Covid Medical Center. There are 2616 people undergoing home isolation. 

According to the department, a total of 80565 investigations were conducted in the last 24 hours. So far 8740395 people have been investigated in Delhi. This day's infection rate was 0.73 percent. The number of hotspots has come down to 3874 with decreasing cases.
