What is in the charge sheet of NIA? 

The National Investigation Agency-NIA filed its charge sheet in the court of Jammu. It has been told that before being caught, Devinder Singh was posted in the highly sensitive anti-hijacking branch of Jammu Kashmir Police. During this time he was in contact with the handlers sitting in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan.

according to the charge sheet, Devinder Singh had saved his contact number of the Pakistan High Commission in the name of 'Pak Bhai', from which he received instructions. Devinder used to give him very sensitive information. It also includes information about the deployment of security forces in the Kashmir Valley from every 'VIP' who comes to the Valley.

Devinder had failed to complete the instructions of the masters! 

Devinder Singh worked directly for the Hizbul Mujahideen. From there, he was entrusted with the responsibility of making inroads into the Ministry of External Affairs. So that it can be used against India. However, the NIA has said that it failed to fulfill the instructions received from its masters. This plan was made with the officials of the Pakistani Embassy.

Devinder Singh has been accused of helping Hizbul Mujahideen and he is currently lodged in Tihar Jail in Delhi.

On 11 January, Devinder Singh was arrested by the Jammu and Kashmir Police on 11 January. He was accompanied by terrorists Naveed Babu, Ratheer, and Mir. Devinder was caught on the highway connecting the Kashmir valley with the entire country near Qazi Gand. He was going to hide the terrorists on the safe side. During the search, a 47 rifle, three pistols, and a large quantity of explosive material and bullets were recovered from him. The case was handed over to the NIA on 17 January.
