online intelligence company Saibal has informed the company about this. Saibal says that the cybercrime group aka 'John Wick' was able to upload the backdoor/admin on the Paytm Mall application/website. After this, it has also demanded a ransom from the company. However, Paytm Mall spokesperson has denied all claims of Saibal completely wrong.

The spokesperson said in a statement, "We want to assure that the data of all users and the company is completely safe. We looked at it and investigated the possible hack and data breach claim and it turned out to be completely fake.
