According to NDTV sources, the 1989-batch IPS officer may be arrested tomorrow, When he will go to Salt Lake to attend the Kolkata Office of the CBI.

Earlier today, the CBI had told that Rajiv Kumar will not be allowed to leave the country. The notice is issued in the airport and the bar at the port. Supreme Court dismisses Rajiv Kumar's plea for extension of legal protection to avoid arrest in Saradha scandal on Friday.

A senior CBI official told NDTV, "Since the Supreme Court's seven days expiration ended on Friday and no court has granted bail to Kumar, there is no bar on the CBI to take custody of him for interrogation."
